We never blast siding, brick or wood with damaging high-pressure streams. Instead, we use the soft-wash method — low pressure plus professional cleaning solutions — that the manufacturers of vinyl, stucco and asphalt shingles recommend. The result is a deeper, longer-lasting clean that's safer for your landscaping, your family and your pets.

High-pressure washing forces water into places it shouldn't go — behind siding, into mortar joints, under trim. It strips paint, cracks older brick, and voids manufacturer warranties on vinyl siding. We've seen the damage it causes, and it's why we built this company around soft washing from day one.

Our process is simple: we pre-rinse all surrounding landscaping, apply our biodegradable cleaning solution and let it dwell, then gently rinse the entire exterior at low pressure. The cleaning agents kill mold, algae and mildew at the root — not just rinse them off the surface — which is why our results last 12–18 months instead of a few weeks.

We're based in Louisville and we serve the entire Kentuckiana region — Jefferson County, Oldham County, Bullitt County, Shelby County, Nelson County, and Southern Indiana.
